It seems you can buy anything from Ebay these days - even a germ ridden tissue used by Scarlett Johansson is up for grabs! The idea of selling a used tissue came to the actress during an interview on the Tonight Show with host Jay Leno. Johansson was explaining to Leno how she’d caught a cold from Samuel L Jackson whilst filming their new movie, The Spirit, and came up with the crazy idea that a tissue she’d been using would probably be worth a bob or two since it contained the germs of both Jackson and herself. We kid you not… All proceeds raised from the sale of the snot rag will go to charity and fans have been bidding round the clock - the highest bid currently at $4,050… Fancy that.

Britney Spears looks barely recognisable in the advertising campaign for her new perfume Hidden Fantasy, and for once she can’t blame the breakdown. She just can’t seem to get enough of being photoshopped - remember the ad for her last perfume; Believe? (See below). So camping is the new boutique hotelling and communing with nature is the new lazing-on-a-sunbed-by-the-pool-while-sipping-cocktails: well, times are tough and one has to (at the very least) be seen to be partaking in the whole credit crunch thang… But the actual nuts and bolts - or rather the tent pegs and zips - of camping just don’t it for me. All those the nasty bugs and outdoor loos… soooo not appealing. With the magnificent Teifi gorge to the east and the 350-acre Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve to the west, the setting could not be better.
