Ila Day cream for Glowing Radiance, £61.27, at Ila Spa
Why we love it: Not only does this cult product smell divine (thanks to the rose damascene oil) but it goes on a dream and feels like it’s doing so much good. What’s more, it’s hand-blended in the Cotswolds, which we think is totally charming.

Cleopatra’s Milk Bath, £25.50, at The Organic Pharmacy
Why we love it: Firstly because the rose oil used in this pot of happiness is farmed at a co-operative in the Middle East supporting both the local village and two local orphanages. And secondly because this is the ingredients list – Milk Powder, Rose (Rosa Damascena), Ylang Ylang (Cangadora odorata), Rose Geranium (Perlagonium Graveolens) – it doesn’t get too much more natural than that, does it?

Origins Mega Mushroom Skin Relief Advanced Face Serum, £51, at John Lewis
Why we love it: It calms and soothes irritated skin and is brilliant for reducing redness and rosacea. There’s the feel-good factor too as Dr Weil donates all his after-tax profits from royalties from sales of his products to the Weil Foundation – a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting integrative medicine through training, education and research.
