I was so excited to receive Lancôme’s latest anti-ageing offering, Génefique Youth Activating Concentrate, earlier this week. With seven patents to its name and the result of a ten year research project, this revolutionary anti-ageing product has all the promise of something truly special. And it is pretty neat. Having only just used it for a few days, my skin already feels baby soft and, it may just be my imagination, but it actually seems to ‘glow’! As to whether or not I’m looking younger – only time will tell. The studies behind it claim to have unlocked the protein profile in the genes of young skin and the use of these proteins in the product apparently give the face a more youthful appearance. £52.50, available at Lancôme counters in department stores, including House of Fraser and Debenhams, from 1st March.
