If you haven’t already checked it out Gwyneth Paltrow’s brand new lifestyle/advice website, Goop.com is well worth a butchers. Described by the 35 year old as “A collection of experiences of what makes life good”, Paltrow offers reams of advice, including: “Make your life good. Invest in what’s real. Cook a meal for someone you love. Pause before reacting. Clean out your space. Read something beautiful. Treat yourself to something. Go to a city you’ve never been to. Learn something new. Don’t be lazy. Workout and stick with it.”
And if that wasn’t enough for one day, sign up to Goop and you’ll receive regular words of wisdom on everything from diet and exercise to where to go on holiday - all sent via email. So far, the website has been slated by the press as ‘gobbledy-goop’, with Paltrow being described as attempting to re-launch herself as a ‘New Age version of America’s domestic guru, Martha Stewart’.
