Anyone if the fashion-know will tell you that the latest must-buy is the lantern skirt. And if that means nothing to you… think high waist, pouffy on the hips, knee length and bob’s your uncle. It may sound unbelievably unflattering but these statement skirts are, in fact, addictive. OK, so we know they’re quite kooky, but they’re also feminine and curve accentuating.
